hello, im 16 and i want to go to boarding school either this year

or next year for grade 12,

but i just really want to get out of where im living like i have an

amazing family but its just me, like i guess you could

say im friends with the "popular kids" and i just want to get out

of that scene but i dont really want to be a looser.. no offence,

and i got really poor marks this year from getting distracted

by friends and partys and such.

and there are some other reasons i want to go just personal reasons.

so anyways does anyone know of some good boarding schools.

maybe some not so expensive ones :$

i dont want to make my parents pay alot of money.

Answer:most boarding schools are pretty expensive, about $40,000 a year. it's also harder to get in as a junior, and many don't take senior transfers. however there are hundreds of boarding schools out there and i'm sure there is one to match what you want. where were you thinking? there are tons of "good" boarding schools but again, the good ones are expensive and hard to get into with lower grades.
